Tokuyama Business College

 In view of the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we ask our stakeholders to confirm the following points and cooperate.

<Measures and measures taken at our school to prevent infection>

・Measures for observing health for visitors to Japan

 At our school, none of the students returned to China temporarily during the period from the outbreak of the new coronavirus to the present.

 However, from the viewpoint of infection prevention, those who arrived in Japan from neighboring countries in China (Vietnam, Nepal, etc.) will be interviewed about temperature and physical condition and a two-week health observation measure(Suspension of attendance and prohibition of going out) from the date of entry.

 With regard to suspension of work for two weeks from the date of entry, we ask for the cooperation of employers who employ students as part-time workers.

 At present, there is no suspected infection.

・Cautions on infection prevention

 Notices on infection prevention such as hand washing, gargling, mask wearing, ventilation, etc., and contact information for suspected infections are posted on each classroom and bulletin board.

 In addition, all staff and students are required to wear masks.

 If you can't get a mask, we distribute a simple mask at the school office.

 School events and related events that involve moving to crowded places (school trips, participation in events, etc.) are not allowed.

・Disinfection

 School staff, students and visitors are required to disinfect both hands with alcohol when entering.

 In addition, school equipment used by unspecified majority, such as doorknobs and study desks, is sterilized and disinfected.

<People returning from / entering foreign countries>
